Segment 1 – Introduction

[May]

Hello, 大家好, नमस्ते, สวัสดี, Selamat!

My name is May and I’ll be hosting the AMA with CURE.

Today, we have with us a guest from the CURE Team.

[Jacob Beckley]

Hello.

[May]

You’re welcome to the Decentralized Club and it’s an honor to have you here.

How’s your day going?

[Jacob Beckley]

It’s going great. Thank you for having me.

[May]

Thanks for honoring the invitation.

Could you quickly tell us more about yourself and your job at CURE?

[Jacob Beckley]

Yes, My name is Jacob Beckley, I am the founder of CURE Token and chairman and founder of the Beckley Foundation.

[May]

It’s good to have you!

Let’s now take some questions about the amazing CURE project

What is the creation story of the Cure project?

[Jacob Beckley]

I started a foundation in 2016 that is focused on childhood cancer research. When the pandemic hit, all of our traditional fundraising efforts stopped. We needed to pivot. My background is in technology and innovation. I love crypto, and I thought, what if I built a charity project where 3% of a transaction fee went to the foundation. And then, CURE was born.

Now, CURE is a sustainable project where people can make money and go to bed feeling that they have done some good to help families and fund research to bring an end to childhood cancer.

[May]

Pretty amazing!

What global problem does the CURE project aim to solve?

[Jacob Beckley]

Cancer is a worldwide problem. It affects many people, people we know. CURE was started to be a part of the solution.

The healthcare industry is not incentivized or motivated to CURE diseases, they are incentivized to treat disease. CURE is the answer to that problem. Through CURE, we will be able to help those in need while working toward building a platform to enable research and cures to be created.

We are working on future utilities to enable research and motivate researchers to collaborate and find cures.

[May]

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

[May]

You’re right!

I love what you have created with CURE.

[Jacob Beckley]

Thank you.

[May]

You’re welcome

[Jacob Beckley]

We have been able to do so much good in a very short period. All while, people can make money and have a solid investment.

We have raised over 300,000 in under 40 days that goes directly to the cause.

We’ve supported many families and funded a lot of research.

And, our investors have all been able to contribute while making money.

[May]

I can attest to that. I got $CURE a couple of weeks ago and I “go to bed feeling like I’ve done some good” to humanity 😊

Awesome, awesome!

Let’s now take the next question.

[May]

Could you please tell us about your weekly Spotlight Series and what you intend to achieve with it?

[Jacob Beckley]

Yes.

We feature a donation drop. These go to researchers, and families in need. We have been able to support families when they need it. When a child is diagnosed with cancer, the entire family is turned upside down. We come in to help them financially so that they can care for what matters most, their child. We will pay bills, help with expenses, and in some cases, reward the family with something unique and memorable.

We just supported one child, Alex, who has terminal cancer. We wanted to help that family not have to worry about bills. We wanted them to focus their remaining time with their son and not have to worry about the next house payment. The CURE community stepped in and made that happen.

We have a grant form on our website where families and friends can submit a request for support to someone they know.

[May]

This is really great! Well done, and thank you for supporting this cause.

[Jacob Beckley]

Thank you, we have done a lot of good.

And we will continue to do a lot of good, thanks to the community.

[May]

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

For the sake of our audience who just found out about the project, how do we acquire the $CURE token and what are the utilities?

[Jacob Beckley]

Currently, we can be found on PancakeSwap. In our roadmap, we have outlined a few exchanges where we will expand. Shortly, we will be available on a variety of exchanges. The utilities include 3% reflections, 3% liquidity, buyback, and more. Of the transaction fees, 3% goes to the foundation for the continued work to support families and fund research.

[May]

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

What are the major plans on track for completion this year by the CURE team?

[Jacob Beckley]

We have a lot planned and in the works. From a marketing perspective, we are focused on in-crypto and out-of-crypto marketing. We have a significant amount of partnerships and ambassadors underway. We are sponsoring a Nascar team in the 2022 season. We have several mainstream media outlets working on interviews and articles.

From a technical perspective, we are working on exchanges, staking, and future utilities.

The future utilities will be to decentralize healthcare, just as the financial sector has been decentralized through Defi, the healthcare world will be decentralized through Defi

Our future utilities will make healthcare affordable, accessible, and equal around the world. The same level of care will be provided to those that lack resources.

Additionally, we are working on a decentralized research highway that will enable cures to be developed, not just for cancer but all catastrophic diseases.

This research highway will be an NFT powered blockchain that stores anonymous healthcare data that can be shared among researchers.

Researchers will be incentivized through bounties to help find cures.

[May]

This is a much-needed development!

Looking forward to all you have mentioned and more! 🎉

Let’s now take some questions from our Twitter community.

Segment 2 – Twitter Questions

[May]

I absolutely love what you are doing for cancer research. However, I’m interested in knowing what regions of the world you’re sponsoring patients and funding treatments in? If it’s currently localized, do you have plans to reach another demography in the near future?

Twitter Username: @theyasflower

[Jacob Beckley]

We started in the US, but are now funding research around the globe. We have plans to expand further than our current footprint.

At the moment, we are supporting Senegal, Africa, and Puerto Rico.

On the roadmap, we will support South American and Asia.

[May]

That’s great!

By design, this community-driven token has exponential price growth benefits for both holders and charities. How does this exponential growth in the value of the token price work? What factors drive its growth?

Twitter Username: @jogamboa08

[Jacob Beckley]

Besides highly sophisticated marketing programs, we also have a deflationary model. The contract buys back tokens and then burns them. This, over time, will increase the burned tokens and increase the price.

Additionally, we are working on the future utilities that will break CURE out of the crypto community and into the mainstream world. This adoption will exponentially increase our reach and accessibility.

[May]

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The project’s approach to transparency is wonderful and a lovely job you guys are doing. My question is, your mission and the goals you seek to achieve are very detailed and broad. Is there a time frame within which these objectives are meant to be achieved?

Twitter Username: @trixiesfirst

[Jacob Beckley]

Yes, we have a detailed roadmap over the next 3 years. The first few months are focused on growth through traditional crypto marketing. The next 3 months are focused outside of crypto marketing. Then will begin to roll out the future utilities, which are currently in development. From now, and for the next few years, we have an aggressive and sophisticated strategy for scale and growth.

[May]

Impressive!

Let’s now take some questions from our website community.

Segment 3 – Website Questions

[May]

As you are dedicated to using the power of defi to help rid the planet of dreadful diseases like cancer, do you collaborate with any medical professionals and hospitals to help you achieve your goal and motivation in your platform? If yes, can you tell us your strategic partnership?

Telegram Username: @jobel4

[Jacob Beckley]

Yes. We are currently partnered with several institutions. In the future, we will be the platform of enablement. We believe that our future technology will be the highway and enabler for research across the spectrum and the world.

[May]

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

CURE is backing a lot of oncology research which is great. I want to find out what is the reason cancer was chosen as the target for CURE. Is there a special backstory to this choice? Also, can you tell us about The Beckley Foundation named after this project’s founder, and the connection of the foundation with CURE Token?

Telegram Username: @aylaevie

[Jacob Beckley]

I work in innovation. I believe that by focusing on childhood cancers, we will have a cascading effect throughout all cancers, from childhood, and into adulthood. Childhood cancer is the earliest form of cancer.

[May]

Great!

How about the second bit of the question? 😁

[Jacob Beckley]

Yes, The Beckley Foundation is a foundation I started in 2016 to fund research, the Beckley Foundation is my legacy to doing good and leaving this earth better than I found it. Since that point, we have been able to raise over 1 million dollars for research. Since the inception of CURE, we have added 300K in 40 days, with much more on the horizon.

[May]

Absolutely amazing.

Since only 3% of the 10% fee deductions on every transaction goes to cancer research. What steps are the projects taking to attract the appropriate investors who in turn believe in the infinite possibilities with bridging innovation of the cryptocurrency space with causes focused on supporting and ending childhood cancer?

Telegram Username: @repmujduolc

[Jacob Beckley]

It has been a difficult road. People in crypto want to make money, that’s just the way it works. But we have been able to bridge the gap and create long-term holders who believe in the cause. Our community is so strong and has helped us grow and spread our mission.

[May]

I can imagine.

Well done, you and your team are doing amazing.

[Jacob Beckley]

Thank you

[May]

This is such a timely project! One of the very few with an actual usecase in real life.

I must commend your work and drive! We wish you the best with your plans.

[Jacob Beckley]

And we are a foundation first project, not a project that was started and then tried to find a charity to attach itself to.

[May]

Yes, right, right.

It’s now time to take questions from our live audience.

[Jacob Beckley]

Great.

[May]

In this 4th segment, I will open the group for some seconds for the live community to shoot you some pressing questions.

Please pick four original questions to answer.

Try to ignore generic, vague, and copy-paste questions 😊

Ready?

[Jacob Beckley]

Yes.

[May]

As a measure to deter bots and reward hunters, could you please pick two emojis that will be included in the questions so you can tell original questions apart?

[Jacob Beckley]

😇👍

[May]

Great!

—Chat was then opened for the live community to send in their questions—

Segment 4 – Live Questions

[Ayesha]

😇👍where we can stake our Cure tokens? Do you support staking?

[Jacob Beckley]

Staking is in the works. We are actively engaging with PancakeSwap, FEG, and others.

[Lestmaris Vera]

CURE Token is smart contract-based cryptography that uses the BEP-20 interface, making it secure and immutable. The Cure Token smart contract has already been audited? Does estimate conduct multiple audits to the projects? What other layers of security does Cure Token have for the protection of users and investors?😇👍

[Jacob Beckley]

The contract has been audited by InterFi and most recently Certik, which will be announced tomorrow.

[May]

Two more questions to go! 🎉

[Ronaldo]

Where can I buy cure tokens?

😇👍

[Jacob Beckley]

You can buy CURE Token on PancakeSwap at this link and using this contract address.

[ALENA MOTOR]

😇👍 where you will land the Charity fund collected? ASIA? EUROPE? a minor country in AFRICA?

[Jacob Beckley]

Right now, we have a few underways. The next one on the horizon is tomorrow in Senegal, Africa. Majestic, one of our ambassadors, is going to be supporting a local hospital.

[May]
